On call chef for dinner parties and special event planning; @ $55.00 per hour plus groceries and contract labor. This includes event planning, consultation, menu preparation and the hiring of professional serving and kitchen staff when needed. From the planning stage to clean up E.C.I. will be at your service to make sure your guests are happy and the event is worry free.
