Option one: A part time private chef for family meals and special diets, @ $50.00 per hour plus groceries. This includes menu planning, grocery shopping, preparation and stocking of your refrigerator and pantry with ready to heat meals packaged and ready to heat at your convenience.

Option two: A part time, live-out, private chef on house staff, @ $60.00 per hour plus groceries; minimum of 5 hours; this includes a blend of full service dinner preparation and presentation, plus prepared meals packaged and left for you. We will also take care of the organization and maintenance of your kitchen and pantry, always leaving you with a clean kitchen at the end of the evening.

Option three: On call chef for dinner parties and special event planning; @ $60.00 per hour plus groceries and contract labor. This includes event planning, consultation, menu preparation and the hiring of professional serving and kitchen staff when needed. From the planning stage to clean up E.C.I. will be at your service to make sure your guests are happy and the event is worry free.

Option four: Full service Caterer for large or small events in home or off site; billed at a per person rate. Start to finish the staff and chefs of E.C.I will plan, cook, serve and clean so that your event will be perfect.
